MICHAEL R. PAPCIAK, M.D.
Dr. Michael Papciak has been in private practice in North Atlanta for over 30 years. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan Medical School and is a clinical assistant professor of pediatrics at the Emory University School of Medicine. Dr. Papciak is a past Chief of Pediatrics at Scottish Rite Children’s Hospital. He is a newborn specialist with clinical interests in child development, special needs children and young adults, and children with autistic spectrum disorders. Atlanta Magazine has named Dr. Papciak “Top Doctor” four times for pediatric and adolescent medicine. He is married and has five children and nine grandchildren. 


CINDY JUSTER, M.D.
Dr. Juster attended Boston University for her premedical studies. Her Doctor of Medicine is from Boston University School of Medicine with Magna Cum Laude honors. She completed her pediatric internship and residency at the Brooke Army Medical Center at Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas.  Prior to joining our practice in 1999, she practiced in Atlanta for 9 years. She is Board Certified and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. A native of Los Angeles, Dr. Juster is an accomplished singer, dancer, and actress and lives in Dunwoody. She is married and has one child.
MADELAINE D. MURAD, M.D.
Dr. Murad completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia where she received a Bachelor of Arts and was Phi Beta Kappa. She received her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Virginia School of Medicine. Her internship and pediatric residency were at the Children’s Hospital of Buffalo in New York. She is Board Certified in Pediatrics. Dr. Murad has practiced pediatrics in Atlanta since 1983. Her out of office world revolves around her daughter and two Labrador Retrievers. She lives in Dunwoody.

LARUE D. PENNY, JR., M.D.
Dr. Penny is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and of the Medical College of South Carolina in Charleston, where he completed his residency in pediatrics and a fellowship in pediatric ambulatory medicine. He is Board Certified in Pediatrics and a Fellow in the American Academy of Pediatrics. Prior to joining our practice, Dr. Penny was in private practice and a clinical Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the University of South Carolina in Columbia. He is married and has four children.
ELINOR B. DOUGLASS, M.D.
Dr. Douglass is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and of the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. She completed her pediatric residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She is Board Certified, a Fellow in the American Academy of Pediatrics, and a member of the national medical honor society, Alpha Omega Alpha. A native of Texas, Dr. Douglass practiced pediatric medicine in Dallas prior to moving to Atlanta in 2002. She is married and has three children.

KELLEY SHAW, C.P.N.P.
Kelley is a native of Atlanta and graduate of The Lovett School. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia where she received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She received her Masters of Science in Nursing and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner degree from Emory University. With over 10 years of pediatric experience, Kelley has worked at the Children's Hospital in Denver, Colorado and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston prior to joining Preston Ridge Pediatrics in 2005. She is a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, a member of the International Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau, a Board member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners,  GA Chapter; and serves as a clinical instructor for the Emory University School of Nursing. She is married and lives in Atlanta.
 
PATRICIA RAINEY, C.P.N.P.
Patricia received her Master of Science in Nursing from Emory University and her Bachelor of Science  in Nursing from Valdosta State University. She is a Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.  Patricia is the past President and Vice President for the Georgia Chapter of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. She teaches at Georgia State University in the School of Nursing.  Patricia is an Atlanta native and has been practicing in pediatrics since 1996.  She lives in Johns Creek with her husband and 2 children.

Meet Our Family Counselor
 

DEBBIE KOLBRENER
Debbie is a licensed professional counselor. She graduated magna cum laude from Kennesaw State University and received her Masters in Clinical Counseling at The Argosy University in Atlanta. Debbie has been on staff at Northside Hospital in Behavioral Health Services for over 15 years. She specializes in individual, family therapy, parenting strategies, relationship issues, grief and crisis management, behavioral modifications and attentional issues. She resides in Roswell with her husband and son.
